There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

  • Your tour guide will meet you as you step off the train in Whistler
  • Stop to enjoy free time in Whistler Village (Please note that free time in Whistler Village is shorter on train journeys)
  • Travel via the spectacular "Sea to Sky Highway" to the #1 ski resort in North America
  • Walk to the base of Shannon Falls, the third highest waterfall in Canada
  • Tour Whistler Village, or take the high speed lift (additional cost) to the top of Whistler Mountain
  • Free time to browse through quaint village shops, walk along forest trails or just relax and enjoy the mountain scenery.

Every tour is operated with a 24-passenger air conditioned bus with large viewing windows and only aisle or window seats. Guests are free to remain on the bus at the stops. All tours are conducted in English by the friendly, highly trained and award-winning tour guides. Pick up time will be confirmed when reservations are made; tour will begin when all guests are on board and all tour times are approximate.

If you are spending the night in Whistler, you can be dropped off at your hotel and returned to Vancouver on your departure day (please note this when booking your reservation).
